I find that people have different type of music that can relax them. This relaxation technique depends on some people. Some people can get relax whenever they hear classical or soft music while some people find it relaxing to listening to loud music like rock or hip-hop. It depends on what type of music you enjoy. Do this whenever you feel anxious. You’ll see that your mood will instantly change and you’ll feel more relax.

Relaxation for Anxiety Tip # 4: Writing. Why don’t you write down the things that you feel anxious about? You can keep a diary of journal. Pour out all your thoughts and you’ll see that you’ll feel much better. This is a good relaxation technique for anxiety because you become aware why you are being anxious. It also helps that you are concentrating on writing down your thoughts. You see when you write down your thoughts, you mentally clean up your mind of the clutter that can make you anxious. Try doing this every day and you can keep track of your improvement.
