Easy Calm Review

This is my Easy Calm review after ordering and reviewing the program. There are loads of different types of programs out there that will help you with anxiety and panic attacks. Each of them has its own pro’s and con’s. The Easy Calm program is most suitable for people out there who learn best by watching someone explain something face-to-face as in a personal and casual conversation (as opposed to reading a book, for example).
Easy Calm consists of 10 videos which you can instantly download from the internet and begin watching right away. Together the videos will cover over three hours of content. The videos are of a very good quality and recorded well. You feel like you’re right there in the same room with Jon Mercer, the creator of Easy Calm, having an informal chat.
Each video leads well into the next. Jon Mercer designed the program to be very easy to follow and you won’t miss a single step. The videos contain a healthy mix of instruction and theory, as well as practical applications of the Easy Calm system to help with panic attacks. There are even easy exercises and assignments given along the way to ensure that you learn everything that you can from the program.
The foundation for the Easy Calm program is that anxiety problems all originate from issues of control. Anxiety is the result of a person feeling as if they are loosing control (or have the potential to loose control) of some aspect of their life. The entire program builds off this foundation and helps you learn ways of feeling more comfortable with the idea that you may not be able to control every aspect of life.
The whole video program gives you the feeling that you’re getting personal one-on-one coaching. Jon Mercer seems like a caring person in the videos and all the stuff he explains is very clear and easy to understand in normal everyday English. His method is very grounded in reality without any outrageous claims about it’s effectiveness.
You can even watch the first of the ten videos for free on the Easy Calm website. The video is almost thirty minutes long and gives you a good feel about what Jon Mercer and the entire program are like.
I really like the Easy Calm program. The only complaint I have is that the assignments and exercises aren’t written out for you to read. But then again I did say at the beginning that this was a program for people that prefer a personal one-on-one experience and don’t necessarily like reading through several pages of text, like me. If that seems like your preferred way of learning, I’d recommend you give the Easy Calm program a shot.
