Panic Attacks and Depression – Understanding the Link

It is common for people that are depressed to also have frequent panic attacks and an elevated anxiety level. Often people with undiagnosed panic disorders may be hesitant to talk about what they are experiencing or fearful of their health because symptoms of panic attacks often resemble other conditions such as hypoglycemia, asthma, and heart problems among others.
